📄 Video Submission Terms & Conditions

1. Grant of Rights (Licensing)

By submitting a video ("Content") to Pesci’d (referred to as "We" or "Us"), you grant Pesci’d a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, fully paid, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute the Content in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.

This includes the right to use the Content for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes related to the Pesci’d and YouTube channel.

We have the right to edit, shorten, or alter the Content for clarity, length, or compliance with platform standards, without seeking your permission.

2. Your Warranties (What You Confirm)

You warrant and represent that you are the sole creator and owner of the Content, or you have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to authorize Pesci’d to use the Content as set forth above.

You warrant that the Content does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of any third party.

You warrant that the Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Privacy and Personal Data

We encourage you to be mindful of filming employees or other customers to protect their privacy.

By submitting the Content, you consent to the use of your YouTube channel name and/or any name you provide for attribution purposes.

Any personal data provided (like an email for submission) will be handled in accordance with the Pesci’d Privacy Policy.

4. Indemnification (Protecting Pesci’d)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pesci’d from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (i) your violation of these Terms; or (ii) your Content causing damage to a third party.
